Orders totaling $100 or more (excluding furniture) receive FREE shipping within the USA. A flat $8.00 shipping charge will be added to orders totaling less than $100. In-stock items will ship in 1 to 2 business days.
Furniture
A 10% shipping charge will be added to your furniture order. Furniture will ship in 1 to 8 weeks. Some furniture items are available for (quick ship) one week or less, the estimated time to ship is stated in the item descriptions- or please call 775.825.0700.

Payments
Purchases must be made by individuals 18 years and older. If you are not 18, please have a cool aunt or uncle hook you up. Payments by Visa, Master Card, or American Express are made at time of order and will appear on your bill as Rockabye.

Special orders ship in 1 to 8 weeks from either the store in Reno or the manufacturer depending on the item. Please feel free to call or e-mail if you have a question on when your item will arrive.

Gift Wrap
We will happily gift-wrap items that will be picked up from the store. Some things are too big to wrap, so we will just put a good-looking bow on them. A gift card enclosure is free, please let us know what message you would like to include.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange current merchandise within 20 days. All sale and special order items are FINAL SALE. Shipping fees are charged for returned items when applicable. Refunds are charged 10% re-stocking fee for all on-line purchases.
